Extinct for over 65 million years, the ammonite was a relative of the squid whose hard coiled shell was divided into chambers. This transitional lamp features a cast composite ammonite fossil with a natural white stone finish. The earthy textured fossil sits in an iron mounting juxtaposed against the combination of the light taupe silk shade, acrylic base and finial creating an ideal accent light for a console or table in your coastal home.
