Shipping & Delivery Policy — Noel Furniture
Noel Furniture offers delivery services tailored to fine furnishings, including White Glove Delivery with in-home placement and assembly (where applicable).
Processing Times
- In-stock items: typically prepare for delivery or shipment within 3–10 business days, depending on scheduling and item type.
- Special order items: lead times vary by manufacturer. Estimated lead times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery is typically scheduled by appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to receive the order. If an appointment is missed or access is not available, re-delivery fees may apply.
White Glove Delivery & Assembly
White Glove service typically includes:
- In-home placement in your room of choice
- Basic assembly of furniture items intended for in-home setup
- Removal of standard packaging debris (where permitted)
White Glove does not include:
- Wall mounting (mirrors, art, TVs), electrical work, or plumbing
- Installation requiring specialized tools, permits, or trade work
- Reconfiguration of doors/railings, or hoisting items through windows
- Moving or removal of existing furniture unless arranged in advance
Access & Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery path is safe and accessible:
- Doorways, hallways, elevators, staircases, and turns must accommodate the item
- Floors should be protected where desired
- Pets should be secured during delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate measurements, the order may be returned to the warehouse and subject to additional delivery or handling fees.
Delivery Fees
Delivery/service fees are calculated based on location, item size/weight, and service level. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Customer Pickup
If pickup is selected, you are responsible for:
- Inspecting items at pickup
- Transporting and securing items safely
